INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
Mix butter and powdered sugar together, then add almond flour, flour and egg.
Knead with hands until it forms a dough.
Roll dough out on a floured surface, then transfer dough to a greased baking dish.
Trim excess dough, and pierce the bottom of the crust with a fork in several places.
Add parchment paper and baking beans to weigh down the crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F.
Pour caramel sauce over the crust, then sprinkle with peanuts and top with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
