INGREDIENTS:

  • Ingredients:
  • 5 ears of sweet corn, kernels sliced off
  • 1 piece of carrot, cut into small cube
  • 2 stalks of spring onion, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Ground spices:
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 9 cloves of shallot


  • METHOD:

    Crush 2 ears of the corn with a little water.
    Then, mix with the rest of the ears of corn, which are not crushed.

    Mix the carrot, spring onion, corn seasoning, flour and eggs.
    Season with pepper and salt.
    Mix well.

    Form the dough with a spoon and fry to golden brown.

    Drain the excess oil, and serve with Bird's eye chilies on the side.
